    • Add capability-driven ONVIF camera preset listing, saving, goto and removal with shared-node locking, version checks and device readback.
    • Add browser-local snapshots for live and recorded video.
    • Add recording auto-continuation, accurate recording clock, gap-safe clip selection and original-format download links.
    • Preserve account, family, recording policy and device configuration data.
    • 70 Python and 55 JavaScript regression tests pass; synthetic UI flows and actual H9c preset create/goto/remove verified.

    Known boundaries: H9c firmware rejects replacement of existing presets, so save a new position instead. NVR historical archive integration, cloud talk/tracking/alarms remain unimplemented.
